Phillip Lawrence was an avid reader and historian focusing on American history. His library contains over 3000 books as well as many antique and collectible magazines. He also collected Western paraphernalia and artifacts.

Antique Furniture: Oak Morris chair/claw feet/lion head knuckles, Arts and Crafts style round oak table/leather top, five (5) oak bookcases with glass doors, two piece oak cupboard, two (2) roll top desks, oak partners desk, three (3) oak swivel desk chairs, Brunswick Bahle Colander pool table, oak slant lid table top writing desk, Jacobean style hall chair, oval cut down Empire library table, oak wall mirror/hat hooks, convex gilded wood mirror/eagle finial, music cabinet, 1940's furniture.
